Kelli Mickley joined the FPFoCo team in 2026, bringing a deep passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys. Built upon a “care first” service philosophy, she believes that true financial success starts with genuine empathy and high-touch support. The most rewarding part of Kelli’s day is building deep, trusting relationships and ensuring that every client knows they have a dedicated, reliable partner in their corner.

With over 15 years of experience in financial services and operations, she truly is in her element in collaborative, close-knit team environments where everyone works together to put clients first. Kelli exemplifies this in having successfully earned the Financial Advisory Client Service Professional Certificate (FACSC℠). By completing the program, she has reinforced and deepened the necessary skills, technical knowledge, and client relationship expertise to excel in her role as Client Service Specialist. No matter the task, Kelli’s ultimate goal is to make a meaningful, positive difference in our clients’ lives every day.

Outside of the office, Kelli fully embraces the coastal lifestyle in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she lives with her husband, Eric, and their Aussiedoodle, Finn. When she isn’t at work, you will almost always find her outside enjoying the water, whether out boating, relaxing at the beach, or spending quality time with friends. She also loves spending time with her two adult children, Kyle, along with his wife Madison, and Audrey, along with her husband Spencer. For Kelli, nothing beats getting the whole family together — including her favorite grand-pups! — to relax, laugh, and make lasting memories.
