Regina Neenan comes to Financial Planning Fort Collins with a history in marketing, a passion for customer service, and a lifelong interest in personal finance. A transplant from the driftless Midwest, the wide open spaces, foothills, and Rockies beyond called Regina to Fort Collins, where they now call home. Their mother, a former banker, and father, son of a city treasurer, inspired Regina’s love for finance, planning for the future — and balancing their checkbook the old-fashioned way.
Regina joined the FPFoCo team in August 2018 and has since completed the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation. Their responsibilities at Financial Planning Fort Collins include ensuring that each client receives a consistent and enjoyable experience throughout the financial planning process.
In their spare time, Regina enjoys cheering on the Green Bay Packers, homebrewing with their partner Zack, and cuddling their cat, Coco. Out and about, you’ll find Regina enjoying Fort Collins’ food and drink scene with friends, taking dance classes, volunteering, and just spending time outdoors.

Mark Guastaferri brings close to a decade of experience working with investment management firms throughout Connecticut and New York City. He spent the first part of his career in sales and research, consulting with financial advisors on investment portfolios and practice management solutions. He shifted gears for a short period of time, working with a broker-dealer in NYC focused on insurance and wealth management. He quickly realized this was not the path for him and left to begin working with financial planners who share the same values and beliefs. Mark now provides financial planning support on a project basis to Financial Planning Fort Collins.
Mark really enjoys the financial life planning process and is extremely passionate about personal finance. He is a big fan of the Financial Independence, Retire Early (F.I.R.E.) movement but believes that saving and spending can coexist in harmony, not sacrifice. Helping clients realize that they can have a life full of joy and meaning by living intentionally is incredibly powerful to him.
Mark resides in a coastal town in Connecticut with his fiancé, Rachel. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He loves traveling and exploring different cultures, sharing food and wine with family and friends, and spending time outside in nature, either on a quiet beach or a remote hiking trail in the mountains.
